We are also very aware that many of the shops today are not staffed with experienced “advisors” and are letting the shop technicians run the show. With this in mind we have our staff appraiser in house to assist in reviewing and auditing supplement requests. Some supplement requests can be expedited “in” office however some will require re inspections which we will handle promptly. It is our policy to be aware that cycle time is always as important to our company as it is to the insurance company.
